A little bit of a #selfie kwento tonight.

The Global Discipleship Congress #GDC2013 opened tonight at #CCF Center C5. I left home (Taguig) at 6.30pm and the traffic was just terrible. I planned to take a cab but seeing the cars barely moving, I decided to take the jeepney instead and took on a longer route. I arrived at Robinson’s Galleria at 8pm and the jeeps/cabs going C5 are all full + the traffic there was also heavy. Before I got completely disappointed, I decided to walk my way (blue sweaters and all) to CCF! Haha, it was so funny! Technically, I walked from MRT Ortigas to C5. Lol. It was a good 30 minute walk and what’s even more better was that I arrived in time for Rev. Edmund Chan’s opening message on the Mandate and Mission of the church. I was truly inspired! Defs worth the walk! ;)

This week’s (weak) run:

•Wednesday: I dunno what’s with me running in the morning that really doesn’t work for my legs. I ran a 2.56mi for 40minutes (sobrang kupad)! My legs are so sore that day; I should’ve done intensive stretching/warm-up to prevent it. Gah.
•Thursday: Coach Rio wasn’t there but we still got the runner’s training user Coach Allan and Coach Roel. They said, with all the activities plus the running that we did, it sums up to 3k to 5k work out. Nice!
•Sunday: I think I may have ate too much sisig today which resulted to my low performance run. I wasn’t able to beat my records last Saturday. Hopefully I can regain a good running form and spirit soonest!

Dear Nick, we were too excited! We went to CCF today all geared up to hear your unstoppable story, only to find out that we were one day early. HAHA! See you tomorrow! :)
